Steven Spielberg Has Idea for ‘Indiana Jones 5’

Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. The Last Crusade. The Temple of Doom. The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Want another? Me neither. But that's the word going around, making a fifth Indy, and it is confirmed to be produced at 20th Century Fox this time (because they control everything). In a recent interview with BBC News on an international tour to promote Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Shia LaBeouf started to talk about Spielberg/Lucas' new action-adventure. "Steven (Spielberg) just said that he cracked the story on it before I left (for the tour), so they're gearing that up." Obviously the main point of doing yet another sequel is to simply cash in on it. But Spielberg really doesn't need to make another Indy; he has so many other projects going on. And George Lucas is working on a Star Wars television series (The Clone Wars is being cancelled??) and a movie with Terrance Howard called Red Tails. I'm just not seeing it. Stop ruining a classic '80s movie trilogy with special effects and crummy storylines. No offense, dudes, just let this go.
