Two New ‘Prince of Persia’ Posters

The video game was a hit and a miss in my opinion, but hey, I don't play video games that much (except for that Wii I so blatantly neglect in my den). But nevertheless, two new posters are here; one of Jake Gyllenhaal and one of Gemma Arterton for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. The movie could actually be pretty good, Mike Newell (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Four Weddings and a Funereal) directing with Jordan Mechner (Sands of Time video game), Doug Miro, Carlo Bernard (The Uninvited) and Boaz Yakin (The Rookie) spawning the script. The movie is also Disney, so it comes as no shock that Jerry Bruckheimer is producing. Onto the posters: they're actually pretty cool. It looks like it will be quality, not a quote, "filler" movie just to make money. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is about how Prince Dastan (Gyllenhaal) partners with a princess (Arterton) to halt a ruler's plan to release a sandstorm that could obliterate Earth.
