John Krasinski’s Movie is Coming

John Krasinski (Jim on The Office) has made a movie called Brief Interviews with Hideous Men. It's basically a bunch of essays made into a feature film about a woman who interviews men about their sex lives. Hideous Men is Krasinski's directorial debut, which he co-wrote with David Foster Wallace and also produces with Office writer Michael Schur. This is no surprise to me, really. This guy has been destined for success the minute he walked into NBC Studios. Krasinksi has starred in movies such as Jarhead, Monsters vs. Aliens, Shrek the Third and more recently Away We Go, with the title role. It stars Julianne Nicholson, Will Arnett, Lou Taylor Pucci, Will Forte, Dominic Cooper and many other cameos from Office guests (Rashida Jones, etc). IFC Films has just gotten the right to distribute it. Ed Helms, Rainn Wilson, B.J Novack and Jenna Fischer all owe their fame to the sitcom. Next Office star to hit it big? Mindy Kaling. Seriously, you just watch.

Brief Interviews with Hideous Men opens September 25th in theaters and on-demand programs.
