‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ Poster is HERE!!!

Emo/goth kids, pre-teens (a.k.a "tweens"), and shrieking Abercrombie and Fitch clad teens all have a smileon their face this Tuesday, May 19th, as the new poster for New Moon finally arrives after months of anticipation.

Twilight was a hit with the "iTunes" era last year. I even thought it was pretty decent. But with New Moon, the second book in Stephanie Myers highly-acclaimed vampire series, a lot has changed. First of all, the title. Notice the pre-fix The Twilight Saga. Sounds a bit corny, doesn't it? And the director of Twilight, Catherine Hardewick, does not return to direct the next fall smash. Studio Summit said that she was 'irrational' and 'difficult' to work with says an insider from Deadline Hollywood Daily. But she supposedly saved the movie from its, quote "trite plot and ridiculously cheap budget." (Bloody-Disgusting.com)Disappointing as that may be, most teens don't care who in the hell directs it. However if you are one of the few people who do care (first of all good for you), Chris Weitz (The Golden Compass, About a Boy. He was even an American Pie co-director (say WHAT?) ) will tackle the job.

On to the poster (see below and then read on!):

In it, we see Edward, Bella and Jacob. In New Moon, Edward suddenly leaves and Bella once again finds comfort in werewolf Jacob. The poster shows that. Bella is standing behind Jacob and Jacob back-to-back with Edward. So I'm thinking a fight between them over Kristen Stewart's character? DEATH!!

The Twilight Saga: New Moon opens in theaters November 20th.
