Mickey Rourke to be in ‘Mona Lisa’

Mickey Rourke is making a huge comeback. He's starred in the Oscar-nominated The Wrestler (and was also nominated for best actor) and will star in the sure-to-be hit Iron Man 2 next year.

Now, according to Variety, Rourke will appear in the remake of 1980s British gangster film Mona Lisa. He'll play an ex-con who takes a job as a chauffeur for a high-class escort. Eva Green from Casino Royale is in final negotiations to star opposite him.

Helmer Larry Clark is set to write and direct the remake. It will begin filming this July in New York.
