I'll admit, I didn't see the first Cabin Fever. Wasn't a big fan of the whole "infected" something that gives people a flesh-eating virus. Still, here's the first still of Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever I found at ShockTillYouDrop. It's of someone soaked in blood screaming on the floor. No lie, shocking though, right?
